January is Soup Month!!! Today on The Morning Thing we talked about the history of the word soup. Did you know it derives from the French word “soupe” which means soup or broth. Then, in 1897, Doctor John T. Dorrance, a chemist with the Campbell Soup Company invented condensed soup. This warm, delicious meal has grown even more in popularity with the ready-to-go , microwavable options. This is the perfect meal for our cold winter months!
