It’s finally summer, and with summer comes vacations. And let’s face it, we all would love to get away from the rainy Ohio forecast that we have for the week and travel somewhere far away that is sunny and bright. So whether you are taking a road-trip with the whole family or whether you are flying across the pond by yourself, we wanted to share some tips and tricks to make your travel experience easier, less stressful, and, ultimately, more enjoyable.
Enter Skyscanner, a global travel search site with over 200 employees from over 35 different nations- all well traveled and ready to share their knowledge with those of us who don’t travel too often. We on the Morning Thing thought this to be a pretty comprehensive list that comes from experienced and we want to share it with you!
We shared a bulk of the list on the show today. Some of our favorites included “roll your clothes when packing,” “bring a money belt and a wallet,” “don’t sweat the small stuff,” and “slow down.” But that’s just a fraction of a list that covers all the bases, from airport security to guidebooks. You can check out the whole list here:
So here’s to you and your trip! Whether you’re going to the other side of the world with no knowledge of the language or you’re driving across the state to try and survive a weekend with the in-laws. We hope that this list from Skyscanner helps make your trip just a little easier and more memorable.
